Cruz Commits to the Brook

LI BLITZ.COM has just received information that JeVahn
Cruz has verbally committed
to play football next season at
Stony Brook University. Cruz is a three year starter at
Half Hollow Hills West High School who choose Stony Brook
over such schools as Georgia Tech, Syracuse, UCONN, West
Virginia and Hofstra.
In 2008, Cruz rushed for 1309 yards and scored 16 TDs.
This season, Head Coach Kyle Madden has Cruz lined up at QB
and he shown that he is a true do everything football
player. He has passed for 416yds and 6TDs, and has rushed for
347yds and 4TDs. While on defense he has 2
interceptions.
